Rep. Andy Harris, R-Md., told Newsmax on Thursday that Republicans “united the conference” behind House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., and Senate Majority Leader-elect John Thune, R-S.C., with the aim of advancing the agenda of President-elect Donald Trump.

Harris said on “Wake Up America” that Thune will “always be looking over his right shoulder” at Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., who Harris said “made a strong showing” during the Republican conference vote for the next Senate GOP leader.
